Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Social Media and Website Management

Job Type: Part-time (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in social media management, graphics creation using Canva or Adobe, website creation and maintenance using WordPress, and staffing/recruiting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating visually appealing graphics for our social media and website, and maintaining and updating our website. Additionally, the candidate will assist in staffing/recruiting efforts. This is a part-time position, and the candidate will be required to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create visually appealing graphics for social media and website using Canva or Adobe

Create and publish website content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and other web pages using WordPress

Monitor website analytics and make recommendations for improvements

Optimize website content for search engines

Manage email campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and responding to customer inquiries

Assist in staffing/recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews

Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or social media manager
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Strong graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe
Proficient in WordPress, with experience in website creation and maintenance
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics
Experience with staffing/recruiting highly desirable
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
