Casa Biyaya is steadily progressing on-site, with the ground floor concrete already poured and the foundation and column works completed. Beam installation is currently ongoing, with the next phase focusing on the second-floor structural elements as the residence continues to take shape.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Architecture or Interior Design
• Open to fresh graduates or applicants with work experience
• Comfortable with a WFH / remote work setup
• Preferably residing in the South
