The Cadet Officers of the Mariano Marcos State University ROTC Unit participated in the Love the City Blood Donation Drive and Free Medical Consultation held at the Victory Batac Main Hall, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, on 27 June 2026 at 0830H. The activity highlighted the importance of humanitarian service, community involvement, and health awareness through voluntary blood donation and free medical consultation.

The MMSU ROTC Unit extends its sincere appreciation to LTC MELITON C AGPAOA SC PA (RES), Commandant of the MMSU ROTC Unit, for his support and for providing the Cadet Officers with the opportunity to take part in this meaningful community program. The successful participation of the cadets was made possible through his leadership and the guidance of the MMSU ROTC Training Staff.

The activity concluded successfully, providing valuable medical services that promoted the health, safety, and overall well-being of the participating cadets while reinforcing the ROTC core values of service, compassion, and civic responsibility.

Amid an atmosphere of pride, achievement, and celebration, the cadets of the MMSU ROTC Unit honorably rendered the Entrance and Exit of Colors during the 48th Commencement Exercises of Mariano Marcos State University, held on 10–11 June 2026 at the Sunken Garden. Their disciplined movements and impeccable bearing added dignity and ceremonial grandeur to the university’s most significant academic milestone, marking the culmination of years of perseverance and dedication by the graduating class.

As custodians of military tradition and ceremonial excellence, the cadets carried out their duties with professionalism and precision, reflecting the core values of honor, service, and leadership instilled through the ROTC program. Adding to the success of the event, several newly graduated Basic ROTC cadets, together with members of the MMSU ROTC Training Staff, served as medics throughout the two-day commencement rites, ensuring the safety, well-being, and smooth conduct of the celebration. Their willingness to serve beyond ceremonial duties further emphasized the spirit of selfless service and responsible citizenship.

The successful conduct of this ceremonial engagement was made possible through the steadfast support and guidance of LTC MELITON C AGPAOA SC PA (RES), Commandant of the MMSU ROTC Unit, together with the dedicated members of the MMSU ROTC Training Staff, whose collective efforts and mentorship continue to mold cadets into disciplined, competent, and service-oriented leaders. Through their leadership, the MMSU ROTC Unit remains a reliable partner in upholding traditions that celebrate excellence, achievement, and national service.

MMSU ROTC cadets proudly rendered the Entrance of Colors during the 48th Commencement Exercises Baccalaureate Service held on 10 June 2026 at Teatro Ilocandia, Mariano Marcos State University. Their disciplined and dignified performance contributed to the solemnity and significance of the occasion, honoring the graduating class and the academic community.

The participation of the cadets showcased the values of leadership, patriotism, and service instilled through the ROTC program. Through their ceremonial duties, they demonstrated professionalism and commitment while upholding military traditions during one of the university's most important events.

This activity was made possible through the support and guidance of LTC MELITON C AGPAOA SC PA (RES), MMSU ROTC Unit Commandant whose continued leadership enables the active involvement of ROTC cadets in university ceremonies and community engagements.
