The solar electric system is installed to take advantage of abundant sunlight. Rainwater is harvested from gutters and downspouts and then stored in tanks with a total capacity of 2,000 liters used for domestic purposes after proper filtration. Starlink satellite internet service is used in this location 200 meters above sea level.

Natural Swimming Pond that collects rainwater mimicking the look and feel of a natural spring with sloped entries lined with stones and rocks. Pond is filtered and cleaned by water in motion, sand, gravel and plant life.
