📌TECHNICAL WRITER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
✏Create easily digestible, SEO-optimized, how-to articles for our knowledge base.
✏Create eCommerce content for blog and website
✏Analyze and update existing content, updating where necessary
✏Work with our marketing team with the goal of improving positioning on all major search sites
✏Create Press Releases
✏Create voice overs for how-to videos

QUALIFICATIONS:
✏Excellent speaking and writing English skills
✏At least 2 years experience as a technical writer for software documentation or training
✏Ability to outline and present business, product, and technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms
✏Ability to deliver quality writing with a high attention to detail
✏Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✏Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Docs
✏Ability to construct short and concise voice overs for how-to videos to be published in the knowledge base
✏Understanding of the importance of SEO and willingness to learn eCommerce concepts
✏Bachelor's degree in a relevant course of study
✏eCommerce experience is a plus
✏Willing to work onsite (Mandaue area)

📌GRAPHIC DESIGNER-WEB

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
✏Primarily responsible for designing eCommerce and traditional websites
✏Additionally, responsible for designing logos, banner ads, social media, mobile, and other types of graphics for clients who use our platform
✏Provide design elements, comps, templates, and finished designs
✏Responsible for the design and layout of our website along with corporate print and advertising collateral

QUALIFICATIONS:
✏2-5 years of experience as a graphic designer in the following areas: Web and eCommerce design, logo development, print design, and more.
✏Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
✏Ability to create superior, original, and visually appealing designs for the web
✏Ability to effectively synthesize customer ideas to match customer expectations or customers' existing portfolio
✏Ability to prototype/storyboard mockups
✏Understanding of Web 2.0 and responsive design with a strong UI/UX background
✏Knowledge of Website structure and functionality
✏Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital media
✏Proven skills for creating new designs that adhere to existing brand identity requirements
✏Excellent communication and organization skills (English)
✏Solid understanding of client deliverables, deadlines and the ability to take responsibility for them
✏Is a self-starter and strives in a fast-paced environment
✏Willing to work onsite (Mandaue area)

📌LEVEL1 TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
✏Implement, train, and support our customers surrounding features of their eCommerce site and hosting environment
✏Configures the environment, databases, and security of an application
✏Fixes customer HTML issues
✏Communicates with customers via live chat, phone, and email
✏Create tasks to follow up and ensure client satisfaction
✏Communicates progress or completion to sales, clients, or others.

QUALIFICATIONS:
✏Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, College Level in any of the following courses (Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent)
✏At least one to two years of experience in a similar position
✏Requires excellent English skills, both written and oral
✏Understanding of basic internet protocols including HTML, DNS, HTTPS, FTP, etc.
✏Willing to work onsite (Mandaue area)
