SUCCESSFUL FIRST PROJECT OF THE YEAR!

The Stop the Bleeding Seminar marks the successful first project of the year of our organization, the Community Action Response Team (CART) in collaboration with ACS Stop The Bleeding.

This activity strengthened lifesaving skills and preparedness within the community—proving once again that teamwork and commitment save lives.

Beefing up our Preparedness Program in the City of Cebu!

It's been always a pleasure serving the community through the Cebu City Risk Reduction Management Office at where most of the actions took place.

Emergency community service is our passion and nothing else!

Day 1 of Life Guarding Training sponsored by Surf Life Saving Cebu spearheaded by its President B**g Quiambao. This is a 5-day event. CART is proud to send 7 volunteer participants for this community-based water life saving activities.
