Our first wedding cake of the year

Rick and kisha came to us knowing what they wanted. A 4 tier white fondant cake with wide tiers and just the right height for each. Arrangements of hand crafted sugar flower roses and foliage sit delicately on each tier while brush embroidered 3D appliqués pop out of piped and brush embroidered floral motifs on the sides.

Evey brush stroke is intentional.
Every petal placement is with purpose.

We did cake tasting on the same day and they chose our chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate Chantilly filling. The couple chose to have it made with all edible tiers so all their guests can be served with cake.

Simple in design, traditional in form and easy on the palette.
