In view of the Work From Home arrangement to be observed by the CSC Aklan Field Office personnel tomorrow, November 5, 2025, the acceptance of applications for the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) at Aklan State University-Kalibo Campus on the said date will be cancelled.

Applicants with confirmed or booked appointments on November 4 and 5, 2025 are advised that their online bookings are still valid. They may proceed with their application at the CSC Aklan Field Office, Bacan, Banga, Aklan on the following dates:

November 6-7, 2025
November 10, 2025
November 12, 2025

There is no need to cancel or make a new booking for these appointments.

We encourage all applicants to stay updated through our official social media pages for further announcements.

Important Advisory from CSC Regional Office No. VI and CSC Aklan Field Office

In view of the adverse weather conditions caused by Typhoon Tino (Kalmaegi) and pursuant to the work suspension declared by the Iloilo City Government, work at the Civil Service Commission Regional Office VI (CSC RO VI) and Iloilo Field Office shall remain suspended on 05 November 2025 (Wednesday).

Meanwhile, CSC Field Offices in Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras and Negros Occidental shall be on a work-from-home setuprrangement. Should the LGUs having jurisdiction over these offices declare suspension of work, said offices likewise shall adhere to such directives.

Clients with confirmed CSC eServe appointments on the said date shall be accommodated upon the resumption of regular operations.

Our personnel and clients are advised to remain vigilant, monitor official weather advisories, and observe the necessary precautionary measures.

Concerned applicants with confirmed bookings on said date are advised to file their applications on November 5, 2025, at the same venue (Aklan State University-Kalibo Campus) or opt to file their applications at CSC Aklan Field Office, Bacan, Banga, Aklan, on the following dates:

This cancellation is made due to the expected landfall of Severe Tropical Storm “Tino" in Panay Island on November 4, 2025.
