$1,000 Monthly base pay + 1% per closed deal for retail buyers program, and $100 per closed deal for wholesale deals.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in the real estate U.S. market, as a Disposition Specialist
Detail-oriented individual
Neutral to American accent
Reliable work equipment, main and back up laptop or PC, and internet connection required.

Responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
1. Handle the disposition process for our real estate properties, including listing, marketing, and selling.
2. Set appointments for potential buyers to view properties and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth process.
3. Assist in negotiating sales contracts, coordinating inspections, and facilitating the closing process.
