DepEd Tayo Sucol ES - Batangas

Nurse Maria Lagrimas C. Calapati, RN, LPT and Nurse Abiezer C. De Guzman, RN conducted the evaluation of the Oplan Kalusugan sa DepEd at Sucol Elementary School aiming to assess the implementation of various health programs in the school, including nutrition, hygiene, and other health-related initiatives. During the evaluation, the nurses reviewed the school's health records, facilities, and ongoing programs to ensure that health standards and guidelines set by the Department of Education are properly implemented. The evaluation also provided an opportunity to strengthen the school's efforts in promoting the health and well-being of learners.
