📋 Maari na din pong iparehistro ang mga bata na wala pang isang taong gulang/below 1 year old.

📌Requirements para sa below 5 years old (O month to 4yrs old) :
- Original copy ng Birth Certificate ng Bata
-PhilID/ePhilID ng magulang o guardian
-Para sa mga guardians, magdala ng authorization letter at photocopy ng Valid ID ng mga magulang ng bata.

📌Requirements para sa 5 years old pataas:
-Original Copy ng Birth Certificate or any government issued valid ID .Kasama po ang Marriage Certificate if Married.

📌Requirements para sa mga walang Birth Certificate at valid ID
- Barangay Certification na nakalagay ang Full Name, Birthdate, Birthplace, address, signature/thumbmark at picture.

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) informs the public and relying parties that the printing of the Digital National ID in Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) or plastic cards is 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝.

Likewise, Digital National IDs printed in PVC cards shall not be accepted as proof of identity and age in any public and private transactions.

Only the PSA is authorized to print and issue the National ID. Any individual or group found guilty of unauthorized printing, preparation, or issuance of a National ID can be penalized with imprisonment of 3 to 6 years and a fine of PhP 1,000,000 to PhP 3,000,000 as provided under Republic Act No. 11055 or the Philippine Identification System Act.

The PSA strongly encourages the public to download their Digital National ID via 𝐡𝐭𝐭𝐩𝐬://𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥-𝐢𝐝.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐩𝐡/.
