Last June 4, we officially turned over this 4-Unit Apartment with Roof Deck, a project envisioned to provide functional, durable, and well-designed living spaces within the urban landscape.

The goal was to create a building that embraces simplicity without compromising quality. Clean lines, efficient layouts, every space was thoughtfully planned to maximize comfort, usability, and long-term value, ensuring that each unit serves the needs of its future occupants for years to come.

Beyond the residential units, the roof deck extends the experience of the building, offering an elevated space for relaxation, gathering, and appreciation of the surroundings.

As this project transitions from vision to reality, we are grateful to our client for the trust placed in our team throughout the entire process. Seeing a concept evolve from drawings and discussions into a completed structure is always rewarding, but knowing that it will soon become part of people's daily lives makes the journey even more meaningful.
