𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐎𝐒✨💫

This 𝐨𝐧𝐞-𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 went from being a chaotic mess to a well-organized, all-in-one kitchen + laundry + pantry cabinet.

There's no doubt living in a condominium unit is a challenge. Having less space means decluttering your living quarters extensively, and paying close attention to the things you use almost daily. An important question to ask yourself would be your priority spaces.

For this project, the 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲'𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐲, 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐬 for their dry goods. Since they have a lot of things to store, 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 would be non-negotiable. Instead of hiding all their appliance, we made them easily accessible for our client's convenience.

We opted for 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡, 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐩 with a full backsplash for less maintenance.

𝙷𝚊𝚙𝚙𝚢 𝚑𝚘𝚕𝚒𝚍𝚊𝚢𝚜! 𝚂𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚓𝚎𝚌𝚝

𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐮 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭, a sleek minimalist living. 🏠✨💫

Our Filipino American client requested ample storage and extra seating space for their dining area. Taking into consideration their wish, custom design solutions like a 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭-𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐬, are one way to make the most out of the available space in a limited area.

𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 was used contrasting the 𝐨𝐟𝐟-𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 that emulates the vibe of an 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞.

Open shelves were designed for the client's existing appliance and additional doors were installed in the existing TV Console to match the rest of the cabinets for a more cohesive look. The additional built-in cabinets help not only to clear and declutter space but also to achieve a sense of function and balance.

Check out this newly 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 featuring subtle hints of 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 matched with 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐬 that goes with everything, giving you fresh, spacious home. Added to this is a highly durable 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐩 that perfectly suits this classy kitchen. 🤍˚✧

The kitchen space was upgraded from limited storage spaces to large-capacity cupboards. 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 was daylight being cast downward towards the kitchen counter. Making sure that everything will be in its place and clutter-free, 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 were installed such as 𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐫, 𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬, and a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲. ◝(ᵔᵕᵔ)◜

💡When planning your dream kitchen, the key is always to take things slowly and carefully think about how you use and move within the space.
💡Using light shades for cabinets, countertops and backsplashes will open up spaces.
💡Always keep things simple because too many details will crowd the space.
