Starting Rate: 25,000 - 30,000

The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting Windows PC and MacOS-based computers at BPO / ISP accounts or similar advanced troubleshooting dealing with actual computer issues beyond the basic scope of support and more advanced issues near the OEM level of tech support.

Available Slot: 10-15
Starting Rate: 25,000 - 30,000 plus Benefits with upsells commissions could reach up to 50,000 per month salary with upsells

Client: USA Market- Online Fixing of Windows PC, MacOS, Email, and Printer Repair Services

NOTICE:

This job is NOT for those new to the BPO Industry.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ Years Experience in Level 3 troubleshooting Windows PC and MacOS based computers at BPO / ISP accounts or similar advanced troubleshooting dealing with actual computer issues beyond basic scope of support and more near to advanced issues near at the OEM level of tech support / Level 3

We're looking for candidates that have extensive experience in remoting computers to do their technical support, remoting on PC and Mac computers, fixing advanced operating system issues on both Mac and PC dealing with malwares, viruses, slow PC, printers, and more!

The ideal candidate must also be sales driven and really hungry to make money through upselling support plans after the customer/end user computer is fixed.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Can start immediately
✅ Must NOT have another job by start date of March 18th
✅ Available to work full time 6 days a week 50 hours per week when needed
✅ After video based introduction - Must be Ok with first 5 days training at 400/day

Must already know how to solve these problems for customers over the phone and via remote support connection to their computers:

✅ 5+ years BPO experience / Level 3 tech support
✅ Operating system reinstallation (Windows PC & macOS)
✅ Mac computer troubleshooting / Tune-up of macOS
✅ PC Tune-up/Optimization of Mac based computers
✅ Malware removal, spyware, adware, popup removal
✅ Printer setup, installation, driver troubleshoot (Windows PC & MacOS)
✅ Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook email problems (POP/IMAP)
✅ Hardware troubleshooting Graphics card, RAM, Hard Drive, Motherboard/BIOS
