The Employees Sportsfest 2026 is officially open! Earlier today, employees of the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos, Incorporated came together for an exciting Opening Program filled with cheers, team spirit, and colorful energy.

From friendly competition to stronger camaraderie, this year’s Sportsfest is more than just games, it’s about teamwork, fun, and celebrating the UNO-R family.

𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 & 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 | The HRMDO celebrated a Day of Love and Appreciation with the employees of UNO-R, Incorporated last February 13, 2026, at the University campus, giving personnel the chance to relax, have fun, and enjoy the spirit of Valentine’s Day.

The celebration brought light and enjoyable moments as employees took a break from their daily routines, shared laughter with colleagues, and felt the love and appreciation within the workplace.

HRMDO continues to create meaningful activities that bring joy and promote a happy and supportive environment for all employees. ❤

Employees from selected departments enjoyed some healthy and nutritious treats during the first schedule of the Be Healthy Program last January 27, 2026, at the University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos, Incorporated.

A simple reminder from HRMDO that taking care of our health can start with what’s on our plate. More departments will get their turn in the next schedules, so stay tuned and stay healthy! 🍅🍎

Human Resource Management and Development Office organized a Series of Orientation Seminar for the newly hired employees of University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos, Incorporated last October 24, 2025 at the University Auditorium.

The department invited speakers from within the institution who discussed key topics focusing on Augustinian Values, HR Matters, and ICTD and MIS Processes, all aligned with the institution’s objectives.

The orientation provided employees with a deeper understanding of the university's core values, policies, vision, and goals.
