How much is the salary? What are the compensation and benefits?

1. (70.00 PHP per hour.) (Free online teaching equipment, free internet with back up net so you don't have to worry about penalties!, Airconditioned working area, 24/7 back up generator included as well so you are secured during power interruptions, Penalty proof!)

2. An increase will be provided as well once you reached the required teaching points and required stats.

3. Once you pass a certain stat that acadsoc requires, you will start getting Perfect attendance bonus of 1000 pesos per cut off.
-Provided that you do not have any cancellations, absences or closed slots during the cutoff.

-You do not have any valid complaints during the cutoff.
-You do not have tardiness during the cutoff.
Schedules

a. Each tutor should open Forty (40) hours per week.Here is the suggestion schedule: Monday-Friday 6-11pm (Beijing time), Saturday-Sunday 10am-11pm(Beijing time)

b. If the tutor has excellent conversion rate(enrollment rate) which is more than 30%, COMPANY may add his/her schedule to more than 40 hours per week.
