TSUNAMI INFORMATION WARNING

Isang Magnitude 6.7 na lindol ang naitala offshore Cebu sa lokasyon 11.13°N, 124.18°E na may lalim na 10 kilometro. Ayon sa PHIVOLCS, maaring magdulot ito ng minor sea-level disturbance.

Asahan ang possibleng evacuation ng mga nakatira sa coastal areas ng Leyte, Cebu, at Biliran bilang pag-iingat sa posibleng epekto ng tsunami. Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling alerto at makinig sa mga anunsyo ng awtoridad.

Pinaaalahanan ni PRC Chairman Richard Gordon ang lahat ng volunteers:

➡️ Tulungan ang mga nakatira malapit sa dagat na lumikas
➡️ Umakyat sa ligtas at mataas na lugar tulad ng gusali, burol, o bundok
➡️ Obserbahan mula sa ligtas na lugar at i-report agad kung umurong ang dagat sa PRC Hotline 143

Mechanism of Incident: double collision (two motorcycle)

Location of Incident: fronting Shell Gasoline, Circumferential Road,Bangga Cabakawan,Bacolod City.

Number Of Casualties: One Male Victim.
Color Code: Green

Chief Complaint: Minor Laceration on the left leg, Nose Bleeding,Left Face swelling.

First Aid Management: Control Bleeding and Apply Ice Pack.

Patient Transport to nearest Hospital.

Mechanism of Incident: Triple Collision (Two Motorcycle and one Private Car.)

Location of Incident: fronting Citadines Residences,Barangay Bata,Bacolod City.

Number Of Casualties: two Male Victim.
Color Code: Green and Yellow

Chief Complaint: two Patient suffered multiple Minor Injury,one patient suffered severe Pain on the right pelvic.

First Aid Management: Apply Control Bleeding and Dressings for minor injuries.

One Patient onboard to MERT Ambulance and Transport to Hospital and other Patient refuse to transport to hospital.
