Kinahanglan magsunod kita sa insaktong protocol nga gitakda sa IATF sa COVID-19.

A. For Continuing Students:
- School ID for Validation
B. For New Students:
- card
- certificate of good moral
- birth certificate
- 2 pcs. ID picture (2x2)
C. For Transferee Students:
- Honorable Dismissal
- certificate of good moral
- TOR for evaluation( in the absence of TOR, prospectus with grades)
- birth certificates
-2pcs ID picture (2x2)
3 pcs photocopy, except for id.

Alang sa mga ginikanan o estudyante nga dili makaanhi sa atong tulunghaan pwede ninyo i send ang inyong mga detalye ug requirements sa messenger sa atong School Registrar - Merlie Sabuelo - 09550235105 - pwede ninyo makontak siya ani nga number alang sa dugang kasayuran.
