HRM Section - LGU Aroroy

June 25, 2025 - CSC Field Director Madam Jocelyn L. Marifosque conducted an audit of LGU Aroroy's implementation of PRIME-HRM's Performance Management System.

Recommendations were given in the presence of Engr. Arthur L. Merico, PMT Head, and well taken to retain the PRIME-HRM Accreditation of the agency.

Good job to all offices who helped in the preparation to ensure that all documents are in place in case requested for validation.

June 18, 2025 – The Human Resource Management Office, in partnership with Aroroy Local Employment Association (ALEA), gathered LGU employees for a Zumbayle session—a fun dance activity for health and teamwork. The session ended with a raffle draw, which made everyone even more excited.
