As part of the Employees' Social and Recreational Day, a talk on "What Makes a Happy Workplace" was held to promote employee well-being and a positive work culture. Mr. Nicasio A. Pimentel III served as the resource speaker for the session, where he discussed "Healing Toxic Workplaces". His discussion underscored the importance of addressing workplace toxicity and fostering a culture of respect, empathy and open communication among emplyees.

In celebration of the Employees' Wellness, a nail care activity was offered to faculty and staff to encourage self-care and relaxation. This initiative supports the University's commitment to promoting employee wellness and a balanced work environment.
