3 things to highly take note of when creating a high-converting CTA:

1. Copy - It should be benefit-focused and customer-focused. It should answer the question, "What will I get?" Focus on how your product/service can solve your customer's pain points.

Examples: - Instead of saying "Buy Now", make it "Enjoy 5% OFF savings" - Instead of saying "Purchase this serum", make it "Get radiant looking skin"

2. Design - Ensure that your CTA buttons can be easily seen in the email. Color that stands out the email background design is great to utilize.

3. Strategy - Place your CTAs depending on the email objective. Example: Above the fold to lead people in reading the email and take action right away. Don't overuse CTAs. 2 CTAs should be the max.
