-50% for the pisonet unit owner (weekly)
-50% House owner (you) (weekly)
-with existing internet & electricity bill sa house owner

-secured and safe area
-accessible ang road for light vehicle
-Homeowner
-determinadong mag negosyo
-gov't ID
-Proof of Billing ( Meralco & PLDT)
-brgy clearance/brgy permit/police clearance
