It's easier said than done.
As a marketer, it is true that getting customers to remain loyal is challenging

Iโm always curious about this so let me ask you one thingโฆ
Do you experience buying at a store even though it is not that cheaper and/ or located a little farther than other stores? ๐ค
If yes, arenโt you wondering why are we like that?
There are some reasons why we do prefer a brand/ store over any other.
In my personal experience, I use to buy in this specific grocery store even if there were a lot of other groceries near my house because of these simple reasons:
The owner is nice, she calls me by my name, and Iโm really comfortable with her. โค
I believe that we all have that brand/ store that we were loyal to.
And these businesses remained in business because of the loyalty of customers like us.
