𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗖𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀

The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo) conducted an in-house training on road safety awareness and actual vehicle troubleshooting on 30 March 2026 at its MultiPurpose Hall, as part of its continuing Learning and Development Program.

Facilitated by Smart Driving School, the training was primarily attended by TransCo drivers and mechanics. It focused on promoting responsible road use and strengthening safety awareness among all road users, including drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and commuters.

Participants were also given a hands-on demonstration on basic vehicle troubleshooting, equipping them with practical skills to address common mechanical issues on the road.

TransCo prioritizes the welfare and safety of its personnel. This training is particularly beneficial for employees deployed in field operations, especially those traveling to inspect power transmission assets, as it enhances both safety preparedness and operational efficiency, thereby minimizing occupational hazards in the workplace.
