We do not get as many orders as we hope but when we do, we are so grateful.
We treat each item we send to our customers as if we were sending them to a loved one.
And in rare cases like this, a return order, we could not help but feel disappointed.
She did not even open the package. She just rejected it upon delivery.
So why bother ordering when you will just reject it?
This is a customized order. This means that this item was made specially to the one who ordered.
I hope people won't do this. Sellers like us do not have big warehouses. We do not have a huge amount of resources. We simply are just trying to make a living.
I just don't understand. 💔
