Day 2 strengthened the Summitโ€™s momentum as stakeholders from government, academe, CSOs, and grassroots organizations came together to chart pathways for inclusive economic empowerment and climate resilience. Through collaborative breakout sessions and the World Cafรฉ, participants defined strategies, built networks, and shaped a shared roadmap toward gender-responsive, low-carbon, and SSE-driven solutions.

The K-4 Networkโ€™s Butil ng Buhay, Bigasan ng Bayan (B-4) Project is a women-led social enterprise in Paraรฑaque that ensures affordable, high-quality rice for urban poor households while creating inclusive livelihood for women and the community. Through eco-friendly packaging, fair trade with smallholder farmers, and active member participation in governance and profit-sharing, the project promotes both food security and empowerment. Supported by the LGU, DOLE-PESO, and local leaders, it also champions climate-conscious practices like green logistics, waste reduction, and sustainability educationโ€”proving that grassroots womenโ€™s initiatives can drive economic growth, environmental action, and community resilience.
