Afternoon Shift 12pm to 9pm
Monday to Friday
- 30k to 40k monthly Salary

- He/She has a proven graphic designing experience with knowledge in Videos, typography, 3D animation.

- A portfolio that demonstrates thinking and creative ability. Work closely with editors, promoters, brand teams.

- Ensure proper use of graphics and logos. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.

Major Responsibilities:
Observe and audit conversation made by sales agents. Evaluate and score it using the approved QA form.
Provide timely quality follow-through in the form of audits, side by sides, kick-start meetings and development sessions.

Other Task:
Consistently meet or exceed deadlines and objectives
Participate in calibration with leaders
Complete daily weekly monthly tasks
Ensure that all reporting is completed and published on time

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively provide feedback
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Strong customer service and professional skills
· Flexible to work in a shift required by business
· Preferably with a background in Customer service
