Accountant Requirements
Regular hours (Full Time)
Mondays-Saturdays

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accounting;
2-3 years above experienced employee specializing in accounting/operations/administrative;
Possess excellent follow up and time management skills;
Efficient and accurate in computing, costing and auditing of figures;
With strong attention to details, analytical and has sense of urgency;
Willing to work in Angeles City, Pampanga, resident in Angeles is preferred.

Job Description:

Processing of payroll
Receive, assess & check billings forwarded for check preparation
Processing of checks (supplier, sub-contractor & current/utilities)
Filing and maintaining suppliers record
Checking of inventory materials
Review and verifying invoices and check requests
Resolve payable discrepancies and issue/s
Set invoices for payment
Handles inquiries, follow ups and check releasing
