𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗦𝗘𝗔 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Incoming freshmen of the School of Engineering and Architecture (SEA) were introduced to Angelite life and organizational involvement during the afternoon session of Spellbound: Freshman Orientation and Student Activities Festival 2026, a university-wide welcome program for new students.

Following the orientation activities at the university chapel and theater, SEA freshmen proceeded to the IH Gymnasium, where they were welcomed by student organizations from the college through creatively designed wizard-themed booths inspired by the event's Harry Potter motif.

The booths featured interactive activities, exhibits, and presentations that allowed freshmen to learn more about the organizations' advocacies, projects, and opportunities for involvement. Student leaders engaged directly with incoming students, providing information on leadership opportunities, academic support initiatives, community engagements, and co-curricular activities available within the college.

The activity served as an opportunity for SEA's newest students to become familiar with the organizations that contribute to student development beyond the classroom while building connections with fellow Angelites and student leaders.

For Academic Year 2026–2027, the School of Engineering and Architecture recorded 670 enrolled freshmen across its eight academic programs, making the orientation and student activities festival one of the first major opportunities for the college's incoming students to engage with the SEA community.
