From quiet beginnings in the SJH building to the world of cybersecurity, now stepping into the real world as professionals who defend and make a difference.

To our seniors, your time with the organization leaves a mark that won’t fade. The direction you gave, the support you consistently showed, and the standards you set helped shape who we are today.

From guiding members to playing a key role in bringing our flags to life, you helped define the identity and spirit of CSIA. What we have now stands on the effort and vision you once carried. As you move forward, we carry those memories with us.

Last February 26–27, Grade 12 students from 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗱𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 visited the School of Computing for A Day with the Foxes 2026! 🦊💻

During the event, 𝗖𝗦𝗜𝗔 introduced students to the fundamentals of cybersecurity through 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗴 (𝗖𝗧𝗙), 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in the Cisco Laboratory, giving them a glimpse of how cybersecurity and networking concepts are applied in real-world environments.

Today, we’re celebrating 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗴, our ever-reliable 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆, the mastermind behind the reminders, the follow-ups, and the structure that keeps our organization on track.

Thank you for always being available, whether it’s broad daylight or randomly at 12:47 AM, just to make sure everything is settled and submitted. We don’t know if you ever sleep, but we’re grateful that you choose to spend your waking (and possibly non-waking) hours keeping us in line.

𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗨𝗽 | 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲

Phones and computers store important information such as your 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀. When your account gets hacked, this information can quickly fall into the wrong hands.

If you receive alerts like password changes, email updates, or unfamiliar logins, it’s important to act immediately. Here are a few things you should do:

1. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 – This helps prevent hackers from continuing to access your account or any other accounts that use the same password.

2. 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗙𝗔) – Adding an extra layer of security makes it harder for attackers to log in.

3. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 – Look for anything unfamiliar and remove unauthorized access.

4. 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆– Report the hacked account through the app’s support services and use the available account recovery tools.
Acting quickly can help you regain control and protect your information from further misuse.

Remember: 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 against cyber threats.
