🔸 Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics
📘 Qualifications:
✔️ Master’s degree in the field of specialization
✔️Preferably with Tertiary Teaching Experience
✔️RA 1080 (Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers)

🔸 Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino
📘 Qualifications:
✔️ Master’s degree in the field of specialization
✔️Preferably with Tertiary Teaching Experience
✔️RA 1080 (Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers)

🔸 Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Crop Science
📘 Qualifications:
✔️Master’s degree in the field of specialization
✔️Preferably with Tertiary Teaching Experience
✔️RA 1080 (Agriculturists Licensure Examination)

5. Copy of Certificate/s of Employment;
6. Copy of Certificate of Eligibility:
a. PRC Certification Report of Rating,
b. PRC Certification of Passing,
c. PRC Professional Identification Card.
7. Copy of Performance Rating (If applicable)
8. Other relevant documents
