How to know that you did good? 🤔

As a Management Advisory Accountant, one indicator that will prove that you did your job right is when it withstood the test of time.

My good friend, the owner of McTech Cellphone Service Center believed and hired my services when he was just starting, from his original shop until it grew into multiple branches.

At least a year had passed since my last official visit to the said business. Now i recently conducted an official visit, and to my surprise the internal controls, policies & practices I implemented were intact and working, the risk level is well within the acceptable range.

When we were just starting, the losses in the inventory was of significant value, now the found losses is of minimal value and were attributable to the business’s nature of giveaways that the employee who made the said sale/service forgot to indicate in the paperworks of the transaction.
