PUPCET qualifiers will receive their email today, starting at 𝟗:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌, through the 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐏𝐔𝐏 𝐢𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭. Please check your 𝐢𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐱, including your 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐦 or 𝐣𝐮𝐧𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫.

Qualified applicants must confirm their slots on or before 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, through the 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 attached in the email.

Applicants who have confirmed their slots must report to 𝐏𝐔𝐏 𝐀𝐥𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 the DATE SPECIFIED IN THE EMAIL. Kindly bring the following requirements together with its xerox copy:

1. Original Senior High School Card / F138 / Grade 12 Card
2. Original or Certified True Copy of Grade 11 and Grade 10 Cards
3. Original PSA Birth Certificate
4. Certificate of Good Moral issued by the School Principal or Guidance Counselor with school dry seal
5. PUPCET e-permit copy
6. Route and Approval Form ((attached in the email)
7. SAR Form (attached in the email)
8. Long envelope (COLOR CODED)
9. Three (3) pieces of 2x2 ID picture
