From Wiki : Smoked meat is the result of a method of preparing red meat, white meat, and seafood which originated in the Paleolithic Era. Smoking adds flavor, improves the appearance of meat through the Maillard reaction, and when combined with curing, it preserves the meat.

Am always a fan of outdoor cooking, and yes, you guess that right, smoking is one of them. I recall back in my college days, a lecturer of mine, taught me how to use nitrates (cures) to fortified a stripped slice of beef that resembles something like what some of us loved: Prima Beer Stick (two cured beef sausage in a packet, that has spice and few garlic in it). Well folks, the slice beef taste great and what interest me most is that, I was able to cook and smoke something that I at times throw money to and loved eating it as quick -bite or snack.

Folks, here, as an electro-mechanic and engineer, I loved the outdoor, eating, working and you named it. I have been working closely with partners and colleagues alike, designing items that is of standard and can assist us all in all our outdoor activities.
