Let the "great fixing of stuff" begin!!
But apart from that, the coffee looks good and still green enough to give me some time before we have to drop everything and harvest....it great to be back 🤩

Finca Rosenheim GmbH (in Gründung) has been signed in today. My sister and I signed the papers that make our project official.
Our company is now born.
It may look like a small step on paper, but for us it carries real weight.
Lawyers and tax advisors and somehow we always end up talking about insurance.... This Germany.
But it was a very productive day and we got to speak with people that will help us get this going.

Yesterday marked a special anniversary for us—13 years since my mother and I realized we could keep the farm and continue our coffee production.
I never really track the date, but my mom reminds me every year 😅. Now that she’s back home, she took the chance—together with Doña Celia and her son Piero—to celebrate with our team and send me some photos to keep us updated 🤩
We're taking our very first steps to start our own little coffee company here in Germany. It all begins in our kitchen, with the family and, of course, with great coffee. ☕☕☕
