Our dear Maestro Don Gino closing our Dieta in the Sacred Valley. Huge shifts have happened in our participants, for 10 days and 5 ceremonies is a lot of time to go deep. Tears flowed, we cleaned out our bodies, minds and souls, we laughed a lot and we grew closer together. Chaka Runa is a tribe. We are a family. Growing a worldwide community. For the betterment of humanity in these troubled times 🙏🏽

We'll get back to Cusco tomorrow, spend a few days there. Then some go home to have a beautiful integration to anchor the profound shifts into their daily lives. Most of us are continuing onwards to the Q'ero Nation Piligrimage deep in the Andean Mountains.

After a deep immersion in the Peruvian Jungle, we now are in the beautiful Sacred Valley, the realm of the Incas, for our second Dieta of this year.

Here in Urubamba we are surrounded by the powerful Apus Verónica and Sahuasiray as well as the sacred river Willkamayu. They will guide and protect us on our journey ahead 🦅🐺🔥
