True Change Doesn’t Come from Effort, but from the Word

We try to change through effort—but why do we keep ending up the same?

The Bible shows us something surprising: real change doesn’t come from us, but from the Word of God.

In Genesis, the earth didn’t remove its own darkness.

It changed only when God said, “Let there be light.”

Our hearts are the same.

No matter how hard we try, effort alone can’t produce real change.

Change begins when the Word enters the heart.

When we stop relying on ourselves and simply receive the Word, it begins to work in us—bringing peace and transformation.

In the end, it’s not willpower that changes a person— it’s the Word.
