Chicken broth is a nutritious dish on its own and a good base for delicious soups and main courses. Nutritionists say that chicken broth is healthy, saturates well and should be included in the diet when recovering from illnesses, operations, starvation. With a cold, it is better to eat a richer broth. And for preventive purposes, it is recommended to consume no more than 150-200 ml of low-fat chicken broth and no more than a couple of times a week. To increase the usefulness, it is recommended to boil the broth with herbs and vegetables, and use lean parts of the boneless chicken. Vegetable broths can and should be eaten more often than meat broths.
