4 E-Learning localization problems that show up in almost every project — and how we solve them. 🎓

1️⃣ RTL languages breaking the course structure
Arabic and Hebrew aren't just mirrored English. The entire course layout, navigation flow, and interaction logic needs to be rebuilt for right-to-left reading. We've done it. Many times.

2️⃣ Text overflow in European languages
German, Finnish, and Dutch can expand translated text by 30–40%. Every button, label, and text box has to be manually adjusted — or the course looks broken.

3️⃣ CJK fonts not rendering in the LMS
Japanese, Chinese, and Korean require specific font embedding and SCORM configuration. If it's not done right, learners see blank boxes instead of characters.

4️⃣ Audio out of sync after localization
Localized narration rarely has the same timing as the original. We re-synchronize every cue, trigger, and subtitle frame by frame.
