Fennel seed tea is traditionally used to support digestion, reduce bloating and gas, and may also help soothe mild stomach cramps thanks to its natural antispasmodic properties.

To prepare it, lightly crush one teaspoon of fennel seeds to release their essential oils and active compounds, pour over one cup of hot (not boiling) water, let it steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain and drink.
