Shoutout to 2307 Fitness’ Athlete of the Month: Salum Al Busaidi/Big Sal for April! Salum has the determination of showing up and doing the WODs despite his injuries and mobility difficulties!
When asked, Salum said that Functional Fitness force him to do the things I don’t enjoy as much (cough cough cardio). The classes cover all those requirements whilst still allowing him to do the parts he enjoys, like lifting heavy!💪🏽 He also says that the mentality and setup of 2307 encourages him to be consistent and push his limits without being overwhelming and dominating. It has a great community vibe without ego and not just another gym feel!😏
