I have set the tone; I am focused, undeterred, capable, and ready to conquer anything that comes my way. This week, I embrace challenges and turn them into successes, I transform every fear into courage and I make every moment count!

Highly successful women.

Ever wondered why some women seem to stand out more than others?
Why they're exceptionally different and making high impact with their every move?

Well the answer is not in sheer luck or coincidence. Rather, it's in the quality of principles, habits and routines they've adopted over time.

Becoming a highly successful and impactful woman requires a lot of intentionality. You must be willing to step up your game in every aspect. Check a few strategies I shared with you below:

✅ Set goals and Prioritize:

Highly successful women know the importance of goal setting and implementation. Multitasking is great I agree, but being able to plan and prioritize has proven to be more rewarding. It's better to do 2-3 tasks with 100% efficiency than to do 10 tasks with 20% efficiency.

✅ Network unashamedly:

No one can grow in isolation, especially not in today's world, where it's more vital than ever to have communities of supporters, and even critics. Collaboration is a key strategy for success.
Over the years, I have convened conferences and training programs for women, including my NGO, Sisters Connect Global Network Initiative (SCGNI) that allows like-minded women to meet and greet for a great manifestation of their dreams because we believe that your network impacts your net worth.
These ladies have endless testimonies.

✅ Be consistent:

Consistency in the right things is what sets the successful ones apart. These caliber of women don't put in one hour per day and forget all about their dreams, they work tirelessly on their goals to achieve them.
They understand that success requires time, work and patience. Overnight success is a mirage; hence, they're trust and follow a well established process for success.

✅ They embrace lifelong learning:

In a world that’s constantly evolving, being open to learning new things can be a game changer. Successful people in general understand the importance of staying up-to-date. They’re not afraid to learn about new technologies, explore fresh ideas, or gain skills in areas that they’ve never ventured into before. They read, attend seminars, enroll in online courses, and seek mentorship. They’re always looking for ways to broaden their knowledge base and skill set.This habit of continuous learning keeps them adaptable and relevant.

✅️Seek to hear from God:

I can not emphasise this enough!
A woman who can not hear God nor seek guidance from Him will always be at sea. How else can you possibly find the way, when you refuse to acknowledge THE WAY?
Whatever success you seek is embedded in God because in Him all things consist.

A highly successful woman has a superior mindset- a mind that see challenges as an opportunity to learn and grow.
A mind that see obstacles as stepping stones; a mind that believes that with God all things are possible.

Mind Shift

The greatest battles of life are fought in the mind.
The human mind tends to dwell on negative thoughts as a part of survival mechanism. This thought pattern was originally adopted by the early humans because they needed to be acutely sensitive to potential threats and dangers in their environment, as they lived among wild animals.

They expected the worst case scenarios of attacks from those animals at all times. Hence, living in contact fear and anxiety.

Today, we may not be living in the wild, but there are lots of things that generate constant negative thoughts of fears, anxieties and worries, like concerns for the future, our safety and wellbeing, the safety and wellbeing of our children, spouses, parents, siblings and other loved ones.

However, the good news is that the transformed mind has the capacity to shift from negative to positive thought patterns, leading to a happier, more peaceful and accomplished life by attracting the right experiences through your thoughts. This can be achieved by the Holy Spirit empowerment and your own intentionality.

You can condition your mind to attain this level of thought by applying the principles of God's word in Phil 4:8

"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

Until you make a conscious effort to shift your thought pattern from the negative to the positive, you'll find yourself in the same old unhappy circle, attracting the old and unpleasant experiences. Your thoughts have the power to either move you forward or keep you stagnated BUT you have a choice.

Happy new week, dear Facebook family.
I trust you're basking in the grace and joy of the new year.

It's been a little while on this space. I took a short break in quietness with the Holy Spirit to know the direction He's taking us this year, and I'm super excited for what is ahead!💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
2025 is not a year to rush into anything that seems appealing to the eyes. It's a year to be highly sensitive in the spirit to know and follow the move of God. A year of what I call the 4Rs. Reflection, Recovery, Repairs and Rest. I'll throw more light on this approach in my next post.

I thank God for all the blessings, challenges, battles, victories and lessons of 2024.
They altogether made us stronger, wiser, better and ready for the joy ahead in 2025.
This year is not a regular year..it's a year marked for a radical difference and every moment counts.
As you go about your busy schedules of pursuing your dreams and goals for the new year; always make time to listen to the Holy Spirit to ensure that you're on track. You cannot afford to waste a single time doing anything outside of God's blueprint for you this year.

Remember, in 2025 every moment counts!
