Vibibi = rice pancake= Chilla
2 1/4-1/3 rice soaked overnight
1 c sugar ( add 1-2 tbsp if you like sweet)
1 can coconut milk/ tui
2 tsp instant yeast
1/4-1/2 tsp cardamom seeds
Oil or Crisco for frying
Blend all the ingredients for about 6-7 mins
Put it in a big pot, covered, in a warm place to raise. Approximately 2 hrs
In a frying pan add a little oil (1/2 tsp)
Add about 1/4 c batter, cook on one side only, on medium low until it dries
Brush a little sweet cream/tui on top ( recipe below)
Enjoy!
Sweet cream/ tui:
1/2 can coconut milk/ tui
2tbsp sugar
1/2- 1 tsp corn starch
Mix the above ingredients cook on low until slightly think
Brush it on the cooked Chilla
