Feeling a little reflective as we approach yet another window. 🤔

RPM was born out of a relatively underwhelming experience and I had with agents during our playing careers. My intention wasn’t initially to make such a huge dent in the goalkeeping market, but to instead offer the best possible service we could and bring a positive change to the industry.

Now, following a 56th deal brokered in 2025 (enjoy Saturday, 🧤), I’m so proud of what we’ve built, the team of like-minded, world class people we’ve been able to attract and the plans we have in place to continue serving the goalkeeping community.

I firmly believe our goalkeeping department would rival the leading Premier League clubs out there.

Our mission: to help improve all that we work with.

And although we’re 10+ years in, it does feel like we’re only just getting started… 💪
