With Chef de Cuisine Lenin Sreedharan (3rd from left) leading the forefront of The Pavilion's culinary team, the bar is set at an all-time high when it comes to culinary creativity.
Upon realizing the joy that food provided people, along with the warmth it can bring to others, he pursued his passion in the culinary industry.
"There is always pressure in the kitchen, but what matters the most is how we work together as a team to make it happen," Chef Lenin says.
