Hi All,

This is an official statement regarding a former INS member who left the clan and is now claiming that we kicked them out.

The member won a raffle draw for an account swap. However, the account was never taken from them because there were login issues from the beginning. As a fair solution, they kept the account and everything continued normally.

After a few days, the member suddenly left the clan, which surprised everyone. Our leader personally reached out and discussed the situation, and the member agreed to rejoin. Yet, after about a week, the same thing happened again—they left the clan and deleted all clan members from their friends list.

Because of this behavior, we made the decision to remove the member from the clan group chat and take back the account to be offered again in a future raffle for deserving clan members.

We understand some may feel this decision is tough, but we must also protect the clan and set the right example for our community.
