Oman Vartha

Following 15 years of research, pineapple cultivation has been successfully implemented at the Royal Court Affairs’ Raysut Sultania Farm in Salalah, Dhofar Governorate. Initially limited to pots, the cultivation was later expanded under tree shade and in greenhouses. The harvest period occurs between July and December, and the farm currently cultivates various pineapple varieties, including MD-2.
