Melting metal on 1 of several 10ft Explosives Magazine storage containers we are building for Orica NZ to be used to store all their ingredient’s for blowing stuff up.
5mm plates to all sides, roof and under floor as well as a spark proof timber liner, custom vents and a cam lock door system.
Plenty of welding on this one going through 2 reels of mig wire and 2 bottles of gas to complete the outer plates.
I always enjoy getting back on the torch between building cars, makes me really appreciate where it all started.

With a fresh drum of the best Methanol money can buy from the great people at TMK Packers and a bottle of Klotz Fuel L**e from my good friends at Cardwells we have the green light to go racing tomorrow night at my home track Huntly International Speedway.
