Performance Pilates

Loving our fabulous, brand new studio space, just opened last week! After 18 years in Featheston Street, Performance Pilates is now located on Level 6 of 107 Customhouse Quay, with beautiful space and light, in a combined space with Alison Townsend of The Pilates Studio.

Hi everyone, today I taught our first online mat class, to a group of lovely clients working out in their own home. It was a great experience, and nice way to connect. Feels good to move, and pilates mat is highly effective!
