Do you think it's time for to switch to a four-day week?

Portcullis Legals based in Plymouth, Devon, initially ran a five-month trial of the shorter working week but has now introduced it across the firm. Their staff has also been given a pay rise to ensure they don't miss out financially. The UK based law firm has reported that their staff is less stressed and more productive by working a four-day week.
